430 California Street
Coinbase | August 2018 - March 2019
San Francisco, Ca, USA

While finalizing our relocation to 1 Front Street, I simultaneously managed Coinbase's rapid expansion into 430 California Street, presenting an unprecedentedly tight timeline and my largest build to date. Catalyzed by our rapidly swelling team, this vital relocation offered us the much-needed room to grow. Our ambitious project stretched across the entire building with the initial phase targeting floors 12-19, effectively converting them into open offices, conference rooms, an all-hands area, a cafeteria, and a mezzanine lobby reception. All spaces were purposefully reimagined to cater to the team's evolving needs.

Our project's creative vision went through multiple revisions. A standout design, though beyond our budget, aimed to represent different San Francisco neighborhoods on each floor. Despite not being able to implement this plan, I thoroughly enjoyed its creation. Being a sixth-generation San Franciscan, this concept held a special place in my heart.
